Torque compensation device "Cam Balancer"
Completely offset variable torque! Residual vibration is reduced, and positioning adjustment time is shortened.
The "Cam Balancer" is a torque compensation device designed to be mounted on the input shaft of a cam-type indexing device (Sundex). It improves the output characteristics such as input characteristics from the motor to the input shaft and positioning accuracy, bringing the indexing operation closer to an ideal state. It was developed with the aim of completely offsetting the variable torque, which is considered to be the cause of common issues such as backlash and rotational irregularities in the input drive system. Essentially, a spring-type torque compensation device is employed, and a significant feature is the ability to set two notch values for the offset torque. 【Features】 ■ Standardization of cam shaft torque, resulting in reduced peak torque ■ Reduction in peak current allows for downsizing of the drive motor ■ Minimal influence from backlash and deflection in the input system ■ Decreased rotational irregularities of the cam shaft, resulting in a smaller backlash coefficient *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
